1. Acceptance of These Terms

By accessing 7spinph.pro, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the 7spinph platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in full.

If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not register an account or use the platform. These Terms apply alongside 7spinph's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming guidelines, which are incorporated by reference.

2. Eligibility and Account Registration

To register and maintain an account on 7spinph, you must meet all of the following requirements:

7spinph reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) at any point. This typically requires a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in your account being suspended and any pending withdrawals held pending completion.

Only one account per person is permitted. Duplicate accounts, or accounts opened to circumvent a previous closure or suspension, will be closed. 7spinph reserves the right to review and retain any balance in such accounts in accordance with applicable procedures.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 7spinph are conducted in Philippine Pesos (PHP). There are no foreign currencies accepted for wagering purposes on this platform.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine bank transfer, online banking, GCash, and Maya. The use of credit cards or cryptocurrency for gaming deposits is not permitted. 7spinph does not guarantee the availability of any particular payment method at any given time.

• Deposits are subject to a minimum amount per transaction, which may vary by payment method and is displayed at checkout.
• Withdrawals are only processed to verified accounts. KYC must be completed before the first withdrawal is released.
• Withdrawals are generally processed back to the same payment method used for the deposit, as a standard anti-fraud measure.

7spinph is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers, including inter-bank transfer fees or e-wallet transaction fees. These are levied by the payment provider, not by 7spinph.

4. Gameplay Rules and Betting

7spinph offers a range of gaming categories including live casino, sports betting, slots, fish games, eBingo, and online poker. Each game or betting market operates under specific rules, which are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.

• By placing a bet or entering a game, you agree to the specific rules of that game or market.
• All results are final once confirmed by the system. 7spinph does not reverse completed bets or game rounds except in the case of a documented technical error.
• In the event of a technical failure during a live game, the hand or round will be voided if the outcome cannot be verified. Affected stakes will be returned to player balances.
• 7spinph reserves the right to void bets placed on incorrect odds or prices resulting from a manifest error.
• The use of automated betting tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to exploit game mechanics is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

Sports betting markets — including PBA, NBA, boxing, volleyball, esports, and football — are subject to the trading rules of each market. Specific settlement rules for individual sports are available within the betting section of the platform.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

7spinph may offer bonuses, reload credits, cashback on qualifying activity, and other promotional benefits to players. All offers are subject to terms specific to that promotion, including any applicable wagering requirements.

• Bonus funds and cashback credited to your account may carry wagering requirements that must be met before they can be withdrawn as cash.
• The specific terms of any promotion — including wagering multiplier, eligible games, expiry, and minimum deposit — are communicated at the time the offer is presented.
• Bonuses are issued for personal use only. Sharing, transferring, or selling bonus benefits to another player is not permitted.
• 7spinph reserves the right to withdraw or amend any promotion at any time. Players who have already accepted an offer will be subject to the terms in place at the time of acceptance.
• Abuse of promotional offers — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times — will result in the forfeiture of bonus funds and may result in account closure.

6. Account Security and Responsible Use

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 7spinph login credentials, including your username, password, and any OTP codes sent to your registered mobile number. Do not share these with any other person.

• 7spinph will never ask for your full password over live chat or email. Do not provide it to anyone claiming to be support staff.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately via live chat or email so that your account can be secured.
• You are responsible for all activity on your account, including bets placed and withdrawals requested, while your credentials remain uncompromised.
• Enabling OTP verification on your account is strongly recommended and provides an additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

Any attempt to access, manipulate, or exploit the 7spinph platform in an unauthorised manner — including attempting to bypass security controls, interfering with the software, or extracting data without permission — is prohibited and may be subject to legal action.

Your continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an updated version, you should close your account and withdraw any remaining balance.
